Change location offline database

When using an offline Zarafa Outlook profile the data is stored by default in: 

 C:\Document and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application data\Zarafa\Offlinedata\<GUID>.


To store this offline database in another directory or another disk, use the following steps:

  • Open registry editor
  • Go the key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
  • Find the Outlook profile name and in that subfolder goto subfolder: 13dbb0c8aa05101a9bb000aa002fc45a
  • Add the key '001e6710' as string and type the new path as value in the key, so for example D:\
